News : Ahead of Ukraine Election, U.S. Return Send Warship

Washington - U.S. authorities decided to send additional warships to the Black Sea region ahead of elections in Ukraine on 25 May. This is to show the seriousness of the U.S. over new sanctions to Russia , if the country disrupt the elections in Ukraine .

U.S. warships equipped with cruise missiles will be stationed in the Black Sea region , close to Ukraine . Similarly, as the Pentagon spokesman , Rear Admiral John Kriby to reporters and reported by AFP on Wednesday ( 21/05/2014 ) .

Kirby also stated , there are no signs of withdrawal of Russian troops near the border with Ukraine . Although the Ukrainian authorities had reported no longer see any military activity on the border .



" They ( the Russians - red) is still there , tens of thousands of them , " said Kirby told reporters .

" We have not seen any activity withdrawal ( the Russians ) , " he added .

The U.S. and its allies have repeatedly warned Russia not to interfere with the stability of Ukraine . If proven Russian intervention , then the U.S. will back new sanctions against Russia , which would worsen the economic sector of the country.

During his visit to Romania , U.S. Vice President Joe Biden push Western countries to be more assertive against Russia , if it returned to interfere territory of Ukraine . " It should remain firmly in implementing large impact for Russia , " he said .

Since mid- April, Russia is putting about 40 thousand troops near the Ukrainian border , which he called central training. On Tuesday ( 20/5 ) yesterday , Russia announced that the troops on the border has completed training and will be withdrawn to their respective bases .

Today, the Ukrainian border guard officers expressed do not see any activity of Russian troops as far as 10 kilometers from the border region. But Western countries , including the U.S. , insisting there is no strong evidence about the recall.
